Terms of service

By creating a Canvas Shop Board account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a shop, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Canvas Shop Board is a tool for recording canvas and awning jobs and the pieces a shop stores for its customers. It does not replace your estimates, contracts, insurance or your own inspection of the work and the stored canvas. We aren't responsible for lost, damaged or misplaced canvas, missed measure or install dates, measurements or quotes your staff enter, quote approvals given in the portal, or disputes between a shop and its customers.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The shop owner controls who joins the shop's account, which customers get a portal login, and can disable users at any time.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other shops' data.

Plans and billing

• Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card. When the trial ends without a plan, your records stay readable but nothing new can be added until you subscribe.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
• If a plan lapses, your data stays, but the account falls back to the Starter plan's limits and logins until you subscribe again.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

Your shop's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep Canvas Shop Board running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email shop owners about material changes. You can stop using Canvas Shop Board at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
